Cora Darlington is a fully trained Leadership Mentor and Coach, Therapist, and Yoga & Meditation Facilitator who has spent a lifetime immersing herself in the study of human psychology, somatics, spirituality, and eastern philosophy, following her own burnout and subsequent transformation.

In this immersive and interactive workshop, Cora Darlington guides you from victim to empowerment and helps you embody the powerful conscious leadership from within you, that is so desperately needed in this world.

This two-hour session is designed to empower existing and future leaders in Wales to align with their authentic leadership, and through Courage, Strength, and Worthiness, expand into their fullest power.
