No experience of knowledge of mantras of music necessary 

Sound and mantra have been used since primitive times to connect and heal. Science is beginning to show the harmonising effect that sound has on the cells of the body, as well as the potential therapeutic efects on mental and emotional well-being.

Jon & Claire have been leading sound and mantra workshops for over 10 years, and have been very fortunate to support The Tuning Room by providing music for retreats and workshops.
