You do not need to be a practice member to attend this session; it is open to anyone who is interested in exploring new ways to

What is an entunement?

This is the conscious and ecological reorganisation of your nervous system through soft touch and intention, We will work with your body, mind and soul to initiate the experience at the depth that you require in your life right now... 

This could be that you need to destress and stabilize, and give your body a rest of time out. It could mean you're on the edge of a transformation and you need a rocket to springboard into Christmas.

It could mean you have emotions stored in your physical body that need to be liberated from unprocessed stress or trauma
