Join us for an unforgettable evening of Christmas celebrations! Our alcohol-free conscious Christmas party is a way for good people to celebrate black Friday, without the blackout! VALOR is taking over the entire Tuning Room practice to bring to life the greatest Christmas party Wales has ever seen - sober! 

What fun is there to be had?

- MUSIC ALL NIGHT - We have the honor of music all night from DJ G (as seen at The Elements Retreat) who is an expert at keeping the music and energy flowing. He's coming with his full professional sound system and DJ decks. He's got some amazing sets planned, but we will have a little section for requests (and a section of Christmas songs too, of course!) The dancefloor will be open for as long as the music is playing, so you really can dance all night if you want to!

- ECSTATIC DANCE - Experience the feeling of ecstasy whilst totally sober through the power of music, breathwork, movement, and being in an intentional space with intentional people (from 8pm-9pm)

- READING ROOM - Have a mini Tarot, Human Design, or Astrology reading from one of our in-party experts, or if you need a break from the party, sit down and read a book from the bookshelf in The Tuning Room community library

- ALCOHOL-FREE BAR - Enjoy an exciting range of functional alcohol-free drinks, such as cacao, herbal teas, and fruit juices. Add powdered natural enhancers to your drink (*1 drink included with your ticket, additional drinks £2.50 each. Free unlimited 9.5ph filtered Welsh water is available all night.

- GRAZING TABLE - Our beautiful Christmas spread will provide a plate of nibbles for every guest; choose from a selection of healthy and hearty Christmas grazing table that will satisfy vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free, and meat-lovers alike.  

- CRAFTING CORNER - Still need to buy Christmas gifts? Don't worry, you can hand-make some at the party! Personalise a journal or bookmark to give your loved ones a thoughtful surprise on Christmas Day (Bookmarks £2, Journals £15)

- GO FOR A WALK - The Tuning Room is located on the bank of the River Ely, and there is a beautiful well-lit river walk you can take. It will be a full moon, and likely a crisp night, so remember your coat, hat and scarf if you want do to this!

Schedule: 

7pm - Shoes off on arrival! The Tuning Room has a shoes-off policy; so we recommend you consider what socks you wear - best socks win a prize! We recommend you arrive at 7pm and take time to settle into the space, mingle, catch up, and make friends, and explore the various rooms and activities (listed above)

7:45pm - Welcome Toast in the main room - Please make sure you attend this! It is the time in the evening we come together to welcome you, and open the event with intention and good energy. 

8pm - 9pm - Ecstatic Dance / Hypno House Journey - DJ G and Tanya Valor have co-created a powerful ecstatic dance journey that feature hypnotherapy to empower you to end the year, and start 2024 with courage, strength and worthiness. The 1-hour experience features breathwork, meditation and movement, and through motivational music and sacred sound you'll be taken on a journey with your body, mind, and soul. 

9pm - 11:11pm - Enjoy the party! There will be Music from DJ G until 11:11pm, which is when the party at The Tuning Room ends, but there will be plenty of people keeping the party going afterward - this experience is an excellent opportunity to make friends 

Dress Code: 

SILK & SOCKS 

Listen, you don't have to follow the dress code, but since The Tuning Room has a shoes-off policy, we'd like to see your best socks! 

And silk... well it's just lovely, isn't it? Silk shirt... silk dress... silk trousers... pajama chic is totally encouraged. 

About the venue:

The Tuning Room is a community-centered health practice on the second floor in Global Link, Cardiff Bay. It has free onsite parking, a bus stop right outside, and is a 7 min pleasant walk from Cogan train station. It's a state-of-the-art epi-healing centre that has a gym, infrared sauna, plunge pool, sensory deprivation tank, and full-service chiropractic and soft-tissue practice, where all team members are empowered to use pioneering techniques and methods to facilitate healing and optimization.
